Hope you have a little patience with my explanation. I have NO Idea what is it that initiated the following issue !
I use NSwB since 2 years with no problems, last week it stopped working and every time I try to update or run a scan it freezes (Not responding/ NSwB stopped working)? The only task I remember I did, before this happened, is to run the defragmentation in NU16 , but I stopped because it run for long time.
Every time I started IE11 I had the same problem (Not responding).
I run all possible Norton tools offered - NPE, Recovery tools = NO Virus was detected. I also used N remove and reinstall - No change - ; lately I than removed my IE 11 & 10 but IE9 is now the ver.I have left.
I can use my left IE9 for browsing perfectly till the moment I try to open NSwB or try to make a life update.
My System runs Win 7 Home premium with SP1.
some messages I got during my attempts -- " Web problem customization NSwB stopped working" or "long-running script ...Stop" - "you need Win 7 SP1 or 2008 R2 SP1" "code 9C59 unknown error"
Thanks for your understanding and patience and forgive my confuse letter. Hoping to get some possible solution for this issue.

PS: I was thinking of contacting Norton support for paid online repair, but I read in the forum that it had done things worse in some cases, so I preferred to wait.
