NSWP prompt to run a Live Update

Hi,

 

I've been receiving prompts about my NSWP subscription needing renewal soon and the online check response was that I was covered automatically. However in the past few days I've been prompted to run a live update. When this is complete the message says that I have the latest definitions. However, the alert sign is still showing red on the NSWP home page. The last date recorded for this is 26th Aug.

 

Concerned that my subscription may have infact run out or their may be a problem with my credit card details being out of date, I purchased an update earlier today. I had confirmation for this order and downloaded the update. I ran another live update but the same problem occured with the alert sign, so I re-booted thinking this should solve the problem. It did not. Having looked on the Norton-Symantec site about subscriptions, I then checked the number of days remaining on my account and this says 370.

 

Why can't I complete the latest live update satisfactorily?
