NU 16 and Win 7 64 bit, how to disable startup and only run when commanded?

I just installed NU 16 on a new 64 bit Win & system. NU 16 seems to start at bad times for what I am doing. I want to disable all NU startups and only run when I choose to click the desktop icon and sit idle the rest of the time. Thanks - Cliff
