I have activated defrag in the scheduler. On schedule, all other selected NU 16 process run, but after it's all done, I'm left with a message that says I need to manually defrag. When I look in the dashboard, Smart Defrag says its "off".
I'm running NU 16 Version 16.0.0.126 (Smart update says it's the most current), Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, S1. Is there a Windows setting that is preventing this from running? Everthing else runs fine. When ever I manually launch NU 16 from the menu, I get prompted by Windows to authorize the program to make changes to my computer (User Account Control). Does this have something to do with it?

Hi,
It would. Defrag will make changes and with your current setting must be authorized to function. If you do not need that degree of control over the ooperations of your system, change the level of control. Then see if defrag will function as designed

Okay. Well, I don't want to disable UAC. Is there no way to allow permission for a specific program without opening up to everthing?
