A dialog box said I should download and run Norton Removal. I did. It said I had to first remove NU15, which I did. After restarting, I had no NA or NU, so downloaded the free trial version. NA remembered I was a registered user, and began functioning normally. But not NU. I had saved the Norton Product Keys purchased earlier for the computers in our office, but none of them work. We don't want to buy another license, but why didn't NU remember it had a legitimate product key like NA did? And why did Norton Removal have to be run in the first place? I hate it when dependable software suddenly makes me stop what I'm doing it and service it. ##$%@
