NU: System Health is Low... this message is permanently stuck

I'm running NU 14.5.0.120 on Windows 7, 64 bit on a Toshiba Satellite 1505 laptop. I have internet explorer 9.0.7930 (a pre-release version) but I use Google Chrome for the most part. 

 

I've run all the utilities to check system health and no matter what I do:: it says my system health is low.  

 

This is a fairly new laptop and it's running fine. I've checked all kinds of things to see what the problem might be.  I think NU should EXPLAIN WHY THE SYSTEM HEALTH is LOW, but there's no explanation. Just the complaining. It says to scan the registry: that's been done many times already. 

 

Are other people having problems with this? I'm so sick of the low health message that I turned NU off and don't care about using it. I don't feel confident that NU knows what it's doing. 

 

I also have Norton's Internet Security, the latest version, so my PC is well protected. I'm not a newbie user.
