NU14.5 - Does not run without Setting DEP and crashes while running registry defragmenter on Win 7 64bit

I installed the latest Norton Utilities, downloaded from Symantec, on a new system running the 64-bit version of Windows 7 Home Premium. I could not get the program to run without turning DEP down to the system-programs-only option. It ran then but locked the system up tight, requiring a hard reboot. Anyone else run into this or have a solution?

 

This was my second NU 14.5 install, by the way. The first, on a 32-bit Windows 7 system, worked fine after the DEP tweaks recommended on the site.
