as it says, I open up task manager last night and was surprised to find a new process running that I had never seen before and had occured without me installing or changing anything.
quick google search shows that its related to Norton....again. 
kind of annoying, norton is supposed to help my computer yet it seems to be causing most of the issues I've had recently....so far, this NUA.exe has not affected CPU performance to my knowledge, but its still an extra process running that I don't need considering my very old desktop has limited resources.
