I recently purchased Norton Security Deluxe for 2 years. It can be downloaded on 5 devices.
I immediately installed it on the first device with no problem. I had the download link emailed to my second computer ~ which had another security software (another company) installed. When I opened the emailed download link, and installed the Norton software, my computer crashed. I also had many issues & my computer was barely running. I used Norton Chat several times while I was having these issues. We decided there was a problem that needed to be addressed before I could use Norton. So, I uninstalled Norton & re-installed my old software.
I have now resolved all of the issues I was having with the computer, and was ready to re-install the Norton. When I tried to use the download link in my email, it had expired. So, I requested another one. I have now installed the Norton software, with no problems.
When I went to my account, it says that I have installed this on 3 devices now. It's only on 2 devices. HOW DO I GET THAT NUMBER CHANGED TO 2? It only shows 2 devices ~ but 3 downloads. I will probably need these 3 remaining downloads in the next 2 years!
