Number of Installs Incorrect - how do I correct it?

Hello All,

 

I hope someone can help with this.  My account for NIS says that I'm covered for 3 installs, of which only 1 is remaining unused.  This is incorrect - I have NIS on only one machine.  I am going up the wall with frustration at trying to get an answer from the so-called automated support - it seems capable of answering only bog standard questions.  So I'm hoping that someone can tell me how I get this corrected.

The best way to resolve this is to contact Customer Support via Live Chat at  this link.

 

They are very good at dealing with account, subscription and activation issues.
