Number of licenses is all screwed up

I have a 3-license copy of Norton 2012.  I just uninstalled it from two different PCs in order to move those licenses.  On the new PC, Norton told me that all of my licenses are used.  I logged onto my account and saw the same message.  I saw no way to reset it or to choose the licenses that are correct.  How do I fix this?

Use Norton Management and delete the licenses you don't use and you can change things there, like remove PC's the product isn't installed on:

A little more information to add to ferenzzz's post.

You log into Norton management from the link in the above using your Norton Account credentials.

Then click on the My Account tab. Look for your current subscription and see the list of your installations. Click on the trash can beside the two installations you no longer have. That will free up the activations for you to use on new computers.

Hi baroque-quest,

.........and if all else above fails:

You can contact Live chat, explain the situation to them and they should be able to free up activations.
