I have 5 licences and it shows that I have used all 5 yet I have only installed them on 4 devices

If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:
Log into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right. Then click on My Subscriptions. Find your current 360 subscription and click on Manage licenses. Scroll through the list to see if you can find duplicate entries, or any you do not recognise. Click on the trash can beside that device to free up that activation.
