From Nvidia 365.10 feedback forum:

"Is anyone else getting virus alerts upon installing these drivers ?
I just installed the Windows 7 x64 version 365.10 and BitDefender Internet Security 2015 (with latest definitions) reported the vulkanuninstallerrt.exe as being infected, and it removed the file."

NB: Not surprising since GData uses multiple engines including Bitdefender. It's an excellent detection solution if you don't mind using a PC that runs like somone poured molasses on your hard drive.

365.10 is another disaster. Some, like yourself can not install it and for many who do it's a train wreck:

Hello

I'm using 364.72 and I never had any issues with it. I don't know if the drivers with the same number would be good for 2 Win 10 and Win 7. I have the notice for the same number for my win 7, but I haven't installed it yet. I'm going to wait till the weekend when my son is around here. I have never had Norton block any of my NVidia drivers over the years though and with different video cards over years.

If there is an issue with that new driver still by the weekend, then maybe I will have to wait another weekend.

Was released yesterday.

Given the huge problems caused by the first release of its last driver I suspect most are waiting before downloading it and thus there have been very  few downloads I'd wager.
