I have been trying to access information on this website http://www.elections.state.ny.us/recipientstext.html and i continue to receive an error message that I can't access it because of a firewall. How do I allow this website to get through my Norton Firewall. I am running Norton 2011. 18.6.0.29 version. Can anyone help me figure this out. My son used to take care of all this stuff for me but he is now in the US Navy and away on deployment. I think I have windows firewall too, but i am not sure. how can i check that? thanks for anyone who can help me.
