Hello,
I installed NZ on my Windows laptop and Android mobile phone.
Through the login NZ website, I uploaded a <file> into NZ for another applications to use from the laptop or mobile device.
On the Windows laptop, a local folder was easy to locate /<user>/Norton Zone/<file>
So, it was easy to set the other application to point to the NZ local folder to load the file (for load or edit).
I installed the NZ app on my Android mobile, BUT I am not able to locate the NZ local folder. I can start the NZ Android app and see the same folders and <file> in the NZ app display. However, I can not seem to identify where the folder exists (or if it exists) as a local folder in the Android database.
Searching through the Android database, I did find /sdcard/Android/data/com.symantec.nortonzon/cache/media/<number>/files/<numbers>/<file>. Is this "cache" the local folder?
I'm not sure what to expect after loading the NZ Android app and I was hoping for a simpler folder named like - /Norton Zone/<file> in the Android database.
Looking for help on understanding how Android NZ is setup on mobile device to allow applications to edit/sync files back to NZ.
Thank you,
Mike
