how do i obtain a refund although the renewal was switched off, plus it wasnt due for one month and have been automatically charged, the pages go round and round in circles but can never actually make contact with Norton, do we have to go up a legal route
Hello @steven_maynard
Are you United States?
Please review that you also removed your payment profile?
Users that do not want automatic renewal are urged (by users) to Unsubscribe and Delete their payment profile…~65++ days ahead…far enough ahead to avoid being billed.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless the renewal is canceled before billing. Renewal payments are billed annually (up to 35 days before renewal) or monthly depending on your billing cycle.
