Obtaining the green checkmark

I have two web domains. One has my website, the other just redirects to it.  For both of them I have verified the ownership and added the meta tag and they are rated 'safe' by Norton Safe Web report.  But when I search for my site on chrome with the Norton Safe Search extension, the green check mark does not appear, although it does for various other sites.  Why is that, and what can I do to obtain the green check mark?

Oh, that's encouraging.  I wonder why I am not.  Somethong to do with cookies, perhaps?
