Also known a "Bad Neighbor" this bug should be immediately patched IMMEDIATELY. If you are not one to install monthly updates from Microsoft when they are initially released you can install the patch for this issue from the update catalog here. All affected versions of Windows are listed with their applicable patch linked accordingly. US Cyber Command has recommended that ALL client (personal users) as well as enterprise update immediately.
