Official way to get back Chrome plugin?

Hello.  After I installed Norton, and ran Chrome, I elected to remove the Norton plugin from Chrome.  Is there an official way to get it back into Chrome, because Chrome likes to remember not to add it even when uninstall/reinstall Norton.
