Offline Definition Updates

Hi guys..
[Sory for my Bad English]

Depend on my limited internet connection and for many Computer uses..
Are these possible for me to :

1. Download, then install the "Definition Updates" Offline like as time ago?

2. Could I copy-ing The Definition Updates for one computer for anothers?

Many thanks for answer :)

Many Thanks for your solution... :smileylol:

But I cannot see NIS 2014 ( NIS-TW-21.1.0-EN-UK) as I am using now there... :smileyindifferent:

Thats the right one.

(Later than 2012) means it covers NIS 2013 and NIS 2014

Pick the one ending in i32 for 32 bit versions of windows and i64 for 64bit versions of Windows.

Hi zidanez64:

You mention that you had "limited internet connection" in your original post.  If you mean that you have a slow Internet connection speed like dial-up then the link to the offline definition sets I provided in message # 2 won't be of much use to you since these are very large files (~ 275 MB) and a daily download would not be practical.  I don't know of any smaller offline definition set that would work with NIS 21.x (2014) but someone else in the forum might be able to help you with that.

Until a few months ago I used a dial-up connection and one of the things I did to save bandwidth was to turn off Automatic LiveUpdates (Settings | Updates | Automatic LiveUpdate) and run a manual LiveUpdate once a day.  There are a few other configuration setting changes I could suggest to save some bandwidth if you think this would be helpful.
