On a FaceTime call last week, got the old "Allow this connection" window and found the call shut down by Norton. Happened 2-3 times before I gave up and just did the call on my phone. Not sure what has changed; iOS updates or a Norton updated. I have called support, had a nice tech who couldn't resolve it. He escalated it, but now I'm in a situation when the escalation agents call when I am unavailable, despite my having scheduled a date and time for follow up. It's happened twice now, where the escalation agent reaches out 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled time. Very aggravating, as I could be away from my computer, or in a meeting.
I'll try the old fix, which was getting into the settings and turning off Connection Blocking before my calls, but I can't be the only person having this issue. Hoping it doesn't extend into Microsoft Teams or Zoom, which I need to use on a fairly regularly basis.
