Right bit of an odd one this.
I'm now using Nortan 2010 on my new aquired laptop this is a new account i've created and new subsription although i still have a previous account running on my previous laptoop which i get a yearly charge for and this is the issue. I have two chargable account and in reality using one.
Obviously i want to stop this but not sure how to? I've been to the help pages on symantec website but it says to disable the account all you need is your email address and password. Well i know what email account i was using at the time but not the password! So when you go to refresh the password the password will go to the account i no longer use.... :eek:
So what to do? Is it a case of phoning a hotline and talking to someone or is there something easier and far simpler approach to deactivivating my previous account before i get charged once again?
