when I try to up grade to windows 10 I get a message that says I must remove 2006 and older versions of norton and symantec. the download stops at this point even though I select to uninstall and continue.
I upgrade my system too 360 last year and am up to date, on the latest version.
How do I eliminate the old files so the upgrade will finish.
