When attempt to extend time on account, get msg I have an older version, downloaded newer version, restarted, and upon reattempt get SAME MESSAGE. Please let me know if there is a patch or workaround. Any assistance is appreciated! Steps to duplicate below:
version: Norton Safety Minder 2.0.0.42
OS: Windows XP SP3
Steps to duplicate:
1. Log into https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/loginStart.fs
2. Click Settings
3. Click GO button on Setting section
Expectation: Go to the section to change time
Actual: Repeatedly receive msg below, have followed instructions to install and restarted. Using X in upper right hand corner of PUW closes window and returns to settings page. Cannot proceed to change time.

You need to download the latest version of Norton Safety Minder and upgrade each of your child’s computer. To install the latest version of Norton Safety Minder, on your child’s computer, go to http://onlinefamily.norton.com. At the bottom right of the Web site, click "DOWNLOAD NORTON SAFETY MINDER" and install it on the child’s computer.

P.S. I have also tried extending time by right-clicking the paw icon in the taskbar and selecting Edit Accounts, but after logging in and clicking OK on the "How does your family log in?" window, the window closes and nothing happens.
