Older versions of Norton Family Windows Client (versions less than 3.8.3.17) will not be supported. This is due to migration of backend services for URL Categorization.
Click on Norton Family Tray Icon in Taskbar -> About Norton Family to know the Norton Family version installed on your child’s device.
Action Required from Parents: If your child’s windows device is running Norton Family versions less than v3.8.3.17 then please upgrade to the latest version(v3.8.4.11) by downloading the windows installer from Norton Family Portal (https://family.norton.com).
If your child’s device is running Norton Family version 3.8.3.17 or greater, then no action is needed.
