On-Line Backup error message

I've had trouble since March with online backup, error message, while I'm on line , says This Computer is No on-line. Apparently, already being on line doesn't count ?  Reason states something about my router.  I don't have a separate router, I use DSL (Verizon)  I've paid a year in advance & bought extra backup space and haven't been able to backup since March. While in your site Norton Online backup seems to recognize every account I've ever had.   But  I only have one active account. .

Sometimes the connection between your PC and the server will loose connection.  A lot of times simply reinstalling the software over itself will resolve your issue.  To install the software over the top of itself simply click add a computer and then run the installation.  If you find that you are still showing as offline then I would contact Norton Support at www.norton.com/chat.
