my computer creashed and once I was up and running, I noticed that my Outlook e-mail account was gone. So, I re-installed Outlook and then I went to my on-line backup to restore my e-mail and contacts...but nothing is there...no backup sets or anything. All I want to reinstall are mt e-mails and contacts. How do I do this?
