Is there anything that can be done with the online refresh rate, I just get into the settings on my kids to change them and the screen refreshes back to the main screen and we have to start the process again and again.

I guess my comment was not to the point, I can go into the website and click on an option to make changes, for instance say I want to block a site from my kids, by the time I get into the specific kids profile, go into settings, web, it has aleady refreshed the screen kicking me back to the main window before I was able to make the change. The system does not give enough time to make changes

Your session probably has expired. Have you tried to sign in to Norton Online Family again to do it?

This is useless, It has not timed out in less than 30 seconds, I am sure it is a Java based issued, as when I used another system it worked the way it should.

The Norton Online Family should allow you to finish what you do online.
1. Have you tried to log into your Norton Family account and click on "Logout" which locates on upper right hand corner of the screen, then log back onto the NOF account to see if it helps?
2. What browser do you use? Have you tried to use different browsers to see if it makes any difference?
