I recently upgraded to NIS2011 from 2010. One thing I noticed was that the facility to 'talk' online with a support specialist seems to have disappeared. The only facility for interactive support seems to be these forums.
Is this correct? Has Norton stopped the on-line support service? I used it on several occasions in the past and was very satisfied with it. It allowed a specialist to control remotely my PC and to solve different problems. I am a little disappointed to see this go - if indeed it has.
