On Norton live update I cannot apply a patch that I have downloaded

I am using Windows 11

I can apply downloaded protection updates

But on product updates (a patct) I am unable to apply

Try restarting your computer and then check if the patch was applied.

I also have Win 11 and had the same problem. When I clicked apply patch it was like nothing happened,

but when I restarted then the computer all was OK.
