Most of the tabs are not working. The message "unable to retrieve activities" comes up. this happens daily. I am so frustrated with your service. This has been going on since November and I don't even know why we stay with you. The time feature works, and the blocking, but the alerts, the activities screens for each child and the ability for me to get alerts rarely work. Obviously, many folks are having this trouble, and you are aware of these since you have answered that way to most of the comments posted. You are a computer business---it just doesn't make sense to me that you can let these things slide for so long!! It worked fine before your supposed upgrade in November. Voicing frustration here....I know you are "working on it and will post as soon as you have a solution."
