Thanks for your message, I am not using VPN and not an ad blocker.
Instead of redeem a subscription, is there a Sign In link/button? Use that to try to access your Norton Account.
Another thing to try is switch from wifi to cell data or vice versa and see if you can get connected to your Norton Account.
There is no sign, still I accessed the Norton Account and tried from there = same issue. I did switch off wifi, same, i did resend a link via SMS, same issue.
On mobile devices, getting an install link from your Norton Account does not work. That still sends you to the appropriate App Store and you have to install the app from there. Then in the install process, you need to find a link to Redeem Subscription or Sign In. Clicking that should take you to a sign in page for your Norton Account. Once signed in, as long as you have available activations on your subscription, your mobile app will be activated.
Maybe try one more time. Uninstall Norton and restart your device. Go to the Apple App Store app and install Norton again. Do not choose to Start Subscription, as that will take you to start a subscription with Apple, not Norton. Look again for Redeem Subscription or Sign in. I’m not sure which one since I have not had to reinstall in a long time.
Thank you for your answers and efforts, it failled. At this stage I give up, all the best
One more try. I just uninstalled my 360 ios from my iPhone SE (gen 3) on iOS 26.0.1 and restarted the phone. Went to Apple App Store app and installed 360 again and was presented with this screen.
First screen I see…
Clicking Redeem a subscription brings up…
I click on Sign in with Norton account and I see…
Filling in my Norton Account email address and tapping on continue brings the password page. Fill in the password and you see this page while the app is activated.
So I’m not sure where your experience gets different from mine. If you still do not get what I experienced, and want to try to get Norton on your device, you can use the link to Norton Support. They have the ability to connect to your device to try to sort things out.
Please post back if you have any updates that might help others.
thanks, I do not get the first screen. Will try Norton support
clicking on Norton support from the iphone it drives me to TELUS = another useless link ! If Norton wants to help me thez know by now for sure where to reach me.
Hello again @Pep
clicking on Norton support how/where? from search results?
Users advise users not to use search engine to find Norton support.
Yes, I’ve reached Telus on occasion. I’ve needed to clear browser cache and try support.norton.com again.
Since, you mentioned “chf”…are you Switzerland location?

Where did you purchase your Norton Product. Being directed to Telus sounds like you may have taken advantage of a security solution offered by Telus. If that is the case, it could indicate why you are not seeing the same pages during the install process.
No, I bought from Norton and it is an abo running since 10 years. Finally the support did help me in finding a solution. So now the problem is solved. Thanks
Hello again @Pep
Google Translate helped me … “abo” French = subscribe…“abo” French (Canada) = subscription
Care to share what the problem was.
Care to share how support helped you find a solution.
Thanks
Made me take away Norton app, double click on buttom, slide the window up to fully cancel, switch of and restart. In addition I reduced the size of the letters in order to have full view of my screen which I might not have had before

Be sure you start the process by uninstalling your current 360 app, and restarting your phone.
