I have Norton family set up for my 4 children and my own computer. One child's web activity, alerts, and searches are not being reported? All others are reporting fine. Norton Family says the child is" protected" under the user name they use to log into their Windows 8 laptop. Also, every setting under Alerts is checked so I should be receiving alerts. His computer is blocking sites that I've blocked however.
Also, how long is the delay from when a child views a website to when it will update the web activity?
