Given the increasing number of issues with Identity Safe and Firefox, I want one-click access to the tool from my Internet Security icon in the task bar. I am an exclusive Firefox user and the amount of time that I DON'T have standard usage of the Identity Safe due to lags in Norton responding to Firefox changes (I've seen the exchanges, I know Norton had ample notice) leaves me having to jump through hoops to use this tool since the toolbar is missing.
Since it appears that Norton support for Firefox will continue to erode, I have a suggestion: Add a one-click access option to the Identity Safe from the NIS taskbar icon.

Right-click NIS icon in taskbar | Open Norton Internet Security | Click on Identity | Click and wait for the Identity Shade to slide down | Click on Identity Safe
