If I disable SmartScreen, then the check done by One Click Support flags this up as a problem, with a confusing message.
It says Internet Explorer settings have disabled anti-phishing add-ons, and that Norton has fixed this.
However, as soon as you reload Internet Explorer, it disables SmartScreen again as setup under IE options.
It's not clear whether it refers to SmartScreen being disabled or Norton's own Antiphishing, or what it has fixed - since Norton AntiPhishing is otherwise showing active, and when you run IE SmartScreen has not been enabled by Norton.
One Click should not check or enable SmartScreen, just its own Antiphishing - please fix!
[edit: renamed subject for clarity.]
