Using NIS 2009 there appears to be a problem with One Click Support.( For those not having used it, top right under Help and Support
Norton 360 possibly similar).
The program starts OK but at the last step Checking Your Product the process appears to stall nearly every time, taking from 39 sec. To 10 min.36 sec. to complete.
I would appreciate it if some members could check this out, in particular the last step Checking Your Product. The times need not be that accurate say +/- 15 sec. would suffice for a comparison.
