One Click Support

For 4 months I have been getting the following errors after One Click is launched Error:3043,1 and error: 3039,1. I am to the point of purchasing another security package from any other company then Symantec.  This is my last resort. I have twice completely removed Norton products from my computer using the removal tool. I have looked at all and reset all the ActiveX settings I still have this problem. I am at my wits end. Hopefully some user can help me. I have not had much success with Symantec support.
