Received this error while trying to run just my doc, pics etc file backup to a external passport harddrive with nothing on it (465gig free) but Norton was able to create the backup directory on it. Running Dell Latitude E6510 with Windows 7 professional version 6.1. Norton Ghost 15.0.1.36526
