iPad mini using current versions of Safari and IOS. When I use Norton identity safe to open my account through Chase.com it asks me to sign in, plugs in the appropriate username and password, but asks me to "Please tell us your username and password" even though Norton has already done that. If I hit the sign-in button, the message changes to "Please tell us your password". If I then delete the last character of the password and retype it, it will open the site. So obviously it is not recognizing the password, even though it is correct, until I make a slight alteration to it.
I have thoroughly tested ID Safe Auto logins on MS 8.1 using the Google Chrome browser with NO ISSUES. IE 11 still has issues.
I'll let the powers to be consider closing this issue as to Google Chrome browser.
ID Safe works well with GOOGLE CHROME. Issue is with IE 11 with MS 8.1.

Pl Note Apple5 SE: I performed a delete to the ID Safe app and reinstalled this app and had a successful account login, as well as, to the ID Safe login. However, ID Safe still does not recognize autofill logins as expected til a fix is applied.

Kindly request you not to create vault,if it prompts to.

Just to confirm. You are using the Norton Account email and password? You will then be asked for the vault password.
Just downloaded ID Safe to my Apple IphoneSE and ID Safe does not recognize my Login Info,(My email addr and or Password). ID safe version is 4.4.9. on my IPhone.
My PC access to ID safe works. (Same email addr and password) Thx

@8 Ball, as of now its not auto submitting the logins when done in browser(Even if the user selected the "Sign me automatically" option in logins) but autosubmits when done thru the login list.We are fixing these kind of browser issues in the upcoming releases.We have noted this down,we will try to fix this.Thank you for reporting.
Just downloaded ID Safe on my Apple SE. Still no auto sign in. Must use my login list to sign in CHASE did accept my login that way. I'm using BING IE!! & WIFI. More questions then answers.
@paris1 IDSafe handles the autofilling of the website,but this issue has to be handled by chase website and we do not have any control over this.
First, be sure you have the latest version of ID Safe, by checking the App Store.
Do you have the same problem when using your PC?
I tried to figure out how to report issues with web site logins from the IOS devices, and I could only come up with a work around. You need to use a PC. Then using either IE or Chrome browser, Navigate to the login page you are having problems with. Then click on Vault is Open on the Norton Toolbar. Then click on Options beside Current Site. From there click on Report an issue with this site. Then follow the directions. In this case, be sure you note that you are having the problem on your IOS device.
