Ongoing problem with Toolbar - Constant System restart required

I have tried innumerable times to solve this dilemma, but with absolute zero success.

For the past two years, every single night, before shutting down, I have to uninstall Identity Safe and reinstall after a reboot, in order for it to load and function properly. I have posted here and elsewhere about the problem, but no one has a solution.

This morning, I went to the Norton Installer folder and found 38GB of log files - read my thread over at DSLR:

What is the problem here? Absolutely no one has a solution and I guess this is my semi-annual pet-peeve thread, to see if Symantec has come up with a solution to this annoying PITA of a problem.
