As these problem with OnlineFamily are going on their 6th week (or is it longer) it is becoming clear that Norton is far from resolving this as even these so called patches cause more problems. If the upgrade was so bad why didn't Norton revert back to a working version? Or has their own system been hacked so bad it is not usable anymore? I do think Norton should refund everyone for the months of a promised service when it was not delivered.
With that said I wanted to ask what everyone else is looking into for working alternatives? I think it is becoming clear that an upgrade to another service is needed. What are your thoughts?
