Every scan for several weeks Norton makes on my Mac, I get the following problem: Event Trojan.Gen.2 Result Virus detected. Details: users/"my name"/caches/java/cache/6.0/58/4425dafa1a2a280a. It appears to locate it but does not quarantine it or eliminate it.
I had spam sent to all my contacts last week but not sure if this trojan is the culprit. I tried to run Power Eraser but only get a text block saying san't open in DOS mode so it must not operate with my Mac OS. Any advice?
