I don't have the document you are referring to so I can not check it out - but I would guess the link that was supposed to be used was the following (although it looks like an older article)
I just had my Monthly Report display, and I got the same result as kevj. When you click on the More link or the link from the story headline it does take you to the Norton products web page.
Also strange, I am in Canada and it takes me to the UK Norton site.
Then when I click on any article headline or the More link at the end of the start of the article I am taken to http://uk.norton.com/ Again, note the UK site.
I just did this now, so this information is current.

I am in Australia and I get directed to the same UK site. Maybe because of system language is English (GB)??
I live in the UK and I get exactly the same problem referred to here. If I click MORE to any of the featured or recent articles I just get a Norton ad "Save up to 40% on our best selling products". It looks like this problem has been around for some time. Kevj reported it here a month ago and nothing seems to have been done about it. Why have a Cybercime News pop up every month if you cannot read what is in it? Surely someone at Norton should be looking at a fix for this problem so it does not keep recurring.

I contacted my Norton contact when this month's Monthly report came up with the same results as last month. I was assured the engineers are working on it.
