Hi, my name is Graham and I need help! I have 2 email addresses one personal and one business.
I have Norton Internet Security for which I sign in using my personal email address.
Last night I bought Norton online backup and I registered for this using my business email address.
So the product key is associated with my business email.
Now Norton online backup works on my own computer.
When I tried activating Norton online backup on another computer it asks for the Product Key. Unfortunately it does not recognise the product key.
Is this because Norton Myaccount and Norton online backup have different email addresses.
I will keep on trying!
