It appears the problem is gone, but it seems that the backup I did today had to replace all the previous data

I am also having this problem - no successful backup since 28/2/12.I am running Windows 7, Norton 360 v6 and use IE v9.
I am new to the forum and can't seem to work out how to paste a screen shot or "snip" here. The message is the same
