Online Backup Fails and I am unable to Manage Online Backup Sets

When I run Online Backup I get the mesage "Backup of your files or folders has failed." When I view the details I have the message "THere is a backup problem. Make sure the destination drive or device is connected and then try again." When I try to restore I can browse the backup set but get the message "Some files could not be restored at this time. Please try again later." Norton Online Backup drive also doesn't appear in File Explorer either. I am running Win 8.1 with Norton 360 Premier 21.1.0.18. Thanks

I created a new backup set and was able to complete a local backup. However, when I created another backup set for online backup, it crashed twice with the second time having an error that said reinstalling N360 often would fix problem. After I reinstalled N360, I got my Norton drive back momentarily, and it showed no backups despite having 8 backups via browser. Also I am still unable to remove a device from online backup. I still have plenty of backup space, but I want to delete the device and purge all of the other backups. I do have Norton Zone installed. Thanks.
