Cannot access online backup files, can anyone help?? Spent 3 hours with Norton outsourced tech help, what a waste!!. The last hour and twenty minutes was spent waiting online for transfer to different tech. How can you get help and more importantly access the files - only using half the storage that I have renewed since 2009. The subscription expires at the end of the month and I just cancelled auto renewal. Surely need to retrieve files as my computer has crashed - Any help out there?? Thanks
