I am a user of Norton Online Backup for Mac and my install uses 550 megs of RAM memory even when it is running in the background. I only have 4 gigs and I frequently run out of space especially with Norton Online Backup using up so much space. Can some one please tell me how to control how much memory this app use? Is 550 megs normal for a background online back up app? Seems extreme to me!!!
