Hi. In September I used Norton 360 online's backup on a computer that has since been retired. All of the documents/pictures/etc were moved from that computer to another. That backup is taking up a good part of 78% of my Norton online backup 25GB. According to the help screen at that site, it says that removing the computer from the backup website will delete the backup set. Instructions are:
- Log on to Norton Online Backup.
- On the home page, click Remove Computer.
The Remove Computer page lists all the devices that are available in your Norton Online Backup.
- In the Remove Computer page, on the right side of the computer picture icon, click Remove.
- In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click OK.
No where on that home page do I see anything that says 'remove computer'. The only options are file options to either email file links or download files. Do I need to get someone in tech support to help with this, or is that remove computer link hidden somewhere?
