Hi all - I just installed 360 6.0 on my laptop. I'm trying to get everything all set up, and so far so good except for the backup. I want to use online backup, but it doesn't even appear as an option when I'm asked where I want to save the backup. I only see "D" drive and the CD drive. The network settings are correctly set to "no limit," and it's obviously conecting to the Internet OK, so why can't I access online backup? Does anyone know if I'm missing a step somewhere? Please be gently, I'm not a techie by any stretch of the imagination. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Trisha
welcome. Eventhough you had activated the Norton360, you've to activatet he Online Storage Separately. To do that: Goto N360-->Backup-->Manage Backup sets-->Where(Tab)-->Click on Click here to activate the Secure Online Storage message just below the Secure Online Storage Option-->Enter your password-->Save Settings-->Now you can see the Online Storage Size next to the Secure Online Storage under the Where tab.
There is no Secure Online Storage option, and there's no message saying to click anywhere to set up anything. On the first screen when I open N360, there's a message that says "To ensure continued access to online backups, please log on to your Norton account and reactivate using your new subscription." But we already did that. And when I click on the big yellow "Fix Now" button, another screen comes up that says "We are unable to proceed with Norton Account at this time. Please try again later." It's been saying that since yesterday. This is very frustrating. And today, my computer is simply CRAWLING, where yesterday it was totally normal. I can't help thinking that one situation is not unrelated to the other. Does anyone have any other ideas?
